Fred H. Ponick, Unknown Spouse of Fred H. Ponick, Estate of Fred H. Ponick, and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees and/or Assigns of Fred H. Ponick, shall take notice that on the 11th day of April, 2008, Plaintiff, Leslie Collins filed hisComplaint in Foreclosure Case No. 08CV 1506 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by him for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:

Situated in the Township of Milton, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being lots number Forty-seven (47) and Forty-eight (48) in the Parkside Allotment of Henry Dietz Subdivision of land in Great Lot Number Twenty-two (22) of the Northern Survey of Milton Township, Mahoning County, Ohio, known also as Block Number Three (3) of the City of Youngstown, Plat recorded in Volume 17, Page 70, Mahoning County Plat Records.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 51-077-0-168-000 and 51-077-0-169-000

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.

The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 18th day of July, 2008. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
