Defendants, Gina Johnson and the Unknown Spouse, if any of Gina Johnson:

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as defendants in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on November 28, 2007.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Building One (1), Unit No. A, of Mill Creek Ranch Condominium, together with the undivided interest in and to all the Common Areas and Facilities thereunto belonging, according to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership, its Bylaws and Drawings, filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder, Mahoning County, Ohio in Official Record Volume 1473, Page 229, and as amended, and as further shown by the drawings of said condominium as recorded in Volume 74 of Plats, Page 23, and as amended, Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 4484 Devonshire, Boardman, OH 44512.

The relief demanded is a judgment against the Defendant The Estate of Linda L. Saverko in the respective amounts of the sum of Ninety Six Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-six and 61/100 Dollars ($96,846.61) with interest at the rate of 6.00% per annum from May 1, 2007 and Thirty-two and 00/100 Dollars ($32.00) and late charges, until paid; judgment for title costs, costs for protecting the real estate and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein by sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Plaintiff's claim; further that Defendants the Treasurer of Mahoning County, Ohio be required to answer setting forth his claim or interest in the subject real estate, if any, or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which plaintiff may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 17th day of July, 2008.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
