DEFENDANTS.
Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of John P. Creatura, and the Unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of John P. Creatura, will take notice that on the 3rd day of March, 2008, IndyMac Bank, FSB, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 08CV 884. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, And known as being an undivided Three-quarter interest of Youngstown City Lot Number 58621, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as shown in Garden Estates Plat Number 7, a Subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot Number 9, as shown by the recorded Plat of said Subdivision in Volume 37 of Maps, at Plat 61 of Mahoning County Records.
Said City Lot Number 58621 has a frontage of 70 feet on the Easterly line of Meridian Road and extends back therefrom between parallel lines 140 feet on its Northerly line, 140 feet on its Southelry line and has a rear line of 70 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1879 South Meridian, Youngstown, OH 44511.
The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 9th day of July, 2008.
