Ann Kusky and Unknown Spouse of Ann Kusky, whose last known address is 18 Saranac Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505 and Unknown Tenant or Land Contract Vendee, whose last known address is 44 West Heights Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, shall take notice that on the 13th day of September, 2007, Plaintiff, American Tax Funding, LLC filed its Complaint for Foreclosure Case No. 07CV 3435 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. Thirty-four Thousand Two Hundred Five (34205), according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Lot No. 144 in The West Heights Land Co. Plat, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 107, Mahoning County Records.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 13th day of June, 2008. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
