The Defendants, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, Successors, Assigns and Next of Kin of the Defendant Ernest E. Murdock, now deceased, all of whose places of residences are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on 25th day of March, 2008, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 08CV 1271 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $32,353.53 upon a certain obligation signed by, Ernest E. Murdock now deceased with interest at the rate of 8.50% per annum from February 13, 2008, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 20969 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City, formerly Sub Lot No. 25, in George Bortz's Second Plat, a Subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 12, as shown recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, Page 59, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the westerly side of Millet Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 136.44 feet on the northerly line 136.80 feet on the southerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
