Defendants, Ali Williams and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ali Williams, whose last known addresses are 7100 Lockwood Boulevard, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 and 3930 and 3934 Fourth Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471, and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of, Ali Williams, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on the 15th day of January, 2008, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., fka, Countrywide Funding Corporation, dba, America's Wholesale Lender, filed its Complaint in Case Number 08CV 215, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Ali Williams and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ali Williams, and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of, Ali Williams, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Village of Sebring, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being the North 60 feet of Lot Number Four Hundred Seventy-seven (477) and the North 60 feet of the West 5 feet of Lot Number Four Hundred Seventy-six (476), as the same is marked, numbered and distinguished on the recorded plat in file in the Mahoning County Recorder's Office, Youngstown, Ohio.
Known for street numbering purposes as 536 15th Street, Sebring, OH 44672

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff‘s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 30th day of May, 2008.
