Defendants, KARL BLACK, NEXT OF KIN OF PEARL L. BLACK, DECEASED; AND KEVIN BLACK, NEXT OF KIN OF PEARL L. BLACK, AKA PAUL LAVERN BLACK, DECEASED, whose residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and that the names and places of residences of Defendants; JANE DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF KARL BLACK; AND JANE DOE #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF KEVIN BLACK, whose names and residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio will take notice that on the 12th day of October, 2007, Plaintiff, Richard S. Henderson filed his Foreclosure Complaint to Transfer and Vest Title in a Tax Certificate Holder pursuant to Revised Code Section 5721.37(F) naming them as Defendants, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, the same being Case No. 07CV 3837 in said Court, to foreclose his tax lien certificate and the transfer of real estate title. The real estate which is the subject of the within action more fully described in the Plaintiff's Complaint and known as:

PROPERTY LOCATION: Lora Avenue, YCL No. 29644.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-008-0-130.00-0

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's tax lien certificate be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, and that the title to the subject premises be transferred to and vested in Plaintiff.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 9th day of May, 2008. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
