Destinee Toliver, whose last place of residence is 107-109 Boston Avenue West, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, but whose present place of residence is unknown adn John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Destinee Toliver, whose last place of residence is known as 107-109 Boston Avenue West, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, but hose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 3rd day of December, 2007, U.S. Bank National Association, successor-in-interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-4, filed its Complaint in Case No. 07CV 4528 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Destinee Toliver and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Destinee Toliver have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as the Osborne Allotment. Said Lot No. 39336 has a frontage of 50 feet on the South line of Boston Avenue, and extends back 165.75 feet on the West line, 165.63 feet on the East line, as shown by said plat, which is recorded in Plat Book 20, page 96 of Mahoning County Records.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of May, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
