The Defendants, Sue A. O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick, Unknown Spouse, is any, of Sue A. O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incometent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Susan A. O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick but whose current addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 21st day of November, 2007, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank, National Association, Successor-in-interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as indenture trustee on behalf of the Noteholders of Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust 2005-3, Mortgage Backed Notes, filed its Complaint in Case Number: 50 2007 CV 04419, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 167 Elm Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, Sue A. O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Sue A. O'hanlon, aka Sue Ann Newtwick and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Sue A O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The legal descripition of the Real Estate is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof:
Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Struthers City Lot #1627 as lots are now numbered in said City as shown by a plat recorded in Volume 10 of Maps, Page 149, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot fronts 50.50 feet on the North line of Elm Street and extends back by its East line 277.24 feet by its West line 277.75 feet and is 50 feet in the rear.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 167 Elm Street, Struthers, OH 44471.
The Defendants, Sue A. O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick, Unknown Spouse, is any, of Sue A. O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incometent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Susan A. O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of May, 2008. In the event that the Defendants, Sue A. O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick, Unknown Spouse, is any, of Sue A. O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incometent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Susan A. O'hanlon aka Sue Ann Newtwick fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
