The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Don E. Way, Deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown and whose residence are unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 30th day of November, 2007, National City Bank, fka National City Mortgage, a division of National City Bank of Indiana filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 07CV 4514 in said Court against Don E. Way, et al, praying for judgment of $97,291.76 with interest at the rate of 5.875% per annum from June 1, 2007 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Sub Lot No. 1 in the Herron Heights Plat No. 3 as recorded in Plat Volume 44, Pages 17 and 18, Mahoning County Records of Plats.
Said Sub Lot No. 1 has a frontage of 85 feet on the Westerly side of Milltrace, plus a radius of 25 feet and extends back 107.75 feet on the northerly line, which is also the southerly side of Lockwood Boulevard, 181.40 feet on the southerly line, and has a rear line of 85 feet, as apears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 21st day of May, 2008, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
