DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Martha Washington but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 14th day of March, 2008, the Plaintiff, Monument Street Funding, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number: 2007 CV 04385, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 79 Lilburne Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Martha Washington have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The legal descripition of the Real Estate is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: and known as being Youngstown City Lot No 60236 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 79 Lilburne Drive, Youngstown, OH 44505.
The Defendants, Unnknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Martha Washington are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the their Spouses, if any, of Martha Washington, failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
