Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Jerald C. Essad, and the Unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Jerald C. Essad, will take notice that on the 11th day of December, 2007, Aurora Loan Services, LLC, filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 4639. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 18321, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, and as shown by a plat recorded in Volume 13, at Page 25, of Mahoning County Records of Plats.
