Charles Scott, Unknown Spouse of Charles Scott, Anthony Venable, Unknown Spouse of Anthony Venable and Unknown Tenant or Land Contract Vendee, shall take notice that on the 11th day of July, 2007, Plaintiff, Net Relations, Inc. filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 07CV 2498 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being a part of Campbell City Lot No. Six Hundred Ninety Three (693) and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin which is North 40 degrees 13' East a distance of 172.41 feet along the west line of Seventh Street from its intersection with the north line of Wilson Avenue; thence North 40 degrees 24' West a distance of 50 feet to an iron pin; thence South 49 degrees 07' West a distance of 53.90 feet to an iron pin; thence South 40 degrees 24' East a distance of 50.10 feet to an iron pin on the West line of Seventh Street a distance of 54 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.

The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of March, 2008. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
