Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Thaddeus R. Puskarcik, Jr., and the Unknown Guardians of minor/or incompetent heirs of, will take notice that on the 28th day of August, 2007, HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 3194. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Campbell City Lot No. 4302 as replatted in Plat recorded in Volume 81 of Plats, Page 64, Mahoning County Records, a replat of Campbell City Lots Numbers 4301 and 4302 in East Youngstown Land and Improvement Company Plat a Subdivision of a part of Original Coitsville Township Great Lot No. 16 as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 4 of Maps, Pages 44 1/2 and 44 3/4 Mahoning County Records.
Said replatted Campbell City Lot No. 4302 has a frontage of 80 feet on the southerly side of Penhale Avenue and extends back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of 140 feet on the Westerly line, 140 feet on the Easterly line and having a rear line of 80 feet, which is also the Northerly line of an unnamed alley, as appears by said plat. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of April, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
