Cladyes Hayes, Unknown Spouse of Cladyes Hayes, McCarthy and Lois Hayes and First Place Bank, whose last known address is 1628 Jacobs Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, shall take notice that on the 9th day of December, 2005, Plaintiff, Cintina, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 05CV 4505 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, Mahoning County and State of Ohio:
And known as part of City Lot No. 48553 and formerly known as part of Lot No. (1) as Lots are now numbered and shown on B.C. Datson's "Forest Glen" Plat No. Two (2) surveyed by Smith & Turner Engineers, June 1909, and which Plat is recorded in Mahoning County, Ohio, Records of Plats, Volume 11, Page 25.
Said part of said Lot No. One (1) as shown by said Plat has a frontage of Sixty-five and eight-tenths (65 8/10) on the westerly side of Jacobs Road and extends back westerly between parallel lines to a depth of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of March, 2008. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
