Susan Marie Jackson, Unknown Spouse of Susan Marie Jackson, whose last known address is 159 Myrtle Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, shall take notice that on the 1st day of November, 2005, Plaintiff, Cintina, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 05CV 4064 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, Mahoning County and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 6457 in A. J. McKinnie's Plat, as known by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 3 of Maps, Page 175 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 6457 has a frontage of 50 feet on the southerly line of Myrtle Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 150 feet on the easterly line, 150 feet on the westerly line, and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.

The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of March, 2008. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
