Erin Prozy and Jeremy Daviduk, aka Jeremy Daviduck, whose last known address is 197 Struthers Liberty Road, Campbell, Ohio 44405, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Erin Prozy and Jeremy Daviduk, aka Jeremy Daviduck, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 19th day of October, 2007, Deutsche Bank Trust Company, Americas formerly known as Banker's Trust Company, as Trustee and Custodian for Morgan Stanley, MSAC 2007-NC2 by: Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc., fka Meritech Mortgage Services, Inc., as its attorney-in-fact c/o Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 07CV 3927 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 197 Struthers Liberty Road, Campbell, OH 44405 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5665, Page 2630, of this County Recorder's Office.

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of April, 2008, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
