Andrea Bramen, whose last known address is 40B Carroll St., Nangatuck, CT 06770; Sherrie O'Nofrio, whose last known address is 251 Coitsville Road, Campbell, Ohio 44405; Unknown Spouse (if any) of Andrea Brannen, whose lat known address is 40B Carroll St, Naugatuck, CT 06770 and Unknown Spouse (if any) of Sherie O'Nofrio, whose last known address is 251 Coitsville Road, Campbell, Ohio 44405, will take notice that on the 17th day of September, 2007, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-OPT4, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 3490. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claims to have an interest:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being the west one-half of City Lot No. 3428, and formerly known as being the west one-half of Lot No. 2, of Plat No. 1 of Marion Heights, as recorded in Volume 9, Page 6, Mahoning County Records of Plats, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of the public highway leading from Hazeltine to Coitsville Village, now known as Coitsville Road, and noted in said recorded plat as "Coitsville Avenue" which iron pin is also located at the northeast corner of Lot No. 1 of said plat, and now or formerly owned by Joseph Stone: thence South 24 deg. 25' east, 317.1 feet along the east line of lands now or formerly owned by Joseph Stone to a stake; thence South 65 deg. 20' east 16.98 feet along the original farm line between lands owned by Joseph G. McCartney and William Price to a stake on said line; thence North 65 deg. 35' East, 54.85 feet to a stake; thence North 24 deg. 25' West, 330 feet to the center of aforesaid public highway; thence North 65 deg. 35' West, 65 feet along the center of said road, to the place of beginning, and being the westerly part of Lot No. 2 in said Marion Heights Plat and containing about one-half acre of land.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of April, 2008.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
