Annie Matijevich, Stanko Matijevich, John Doe The Unknown Spouse if any of Dorothy Finch, whose last place of residence is known as 2307 Russell Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 30th day of November, 2007, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, filed its Complaint in Case No. 07CV 4507 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Annie Matijevich, Stanko Matijevich, John Doe The Unknown Spouse if any of Dorothy Finch, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as City Lot 21435 according to the present enumeration of lots in said City.

Known for street numbering purposes as 2307 Russell Street, Youngstown, OH 44509

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-178-0-120.000

The Petitioner further alleges that by the Defendantsmay claim an interest in the property described in the Plaintiff's Complaint.

The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner‘s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 25th DAY OF MARCH, 2008.
