Maebell Harkness, aka Maybelle Harkness, aka Maebelle Harkness, aka Maybellin Harkness, Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence is Unknown, as well as whose last place of residence is known as unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 5th day of December, 2007, US Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-SC1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 07CV 4046 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Maebell Harkness, aka Maybelle Harkness, aka Maebelle Harkness, aka Maybellin Harkness, Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns has or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lots Numbers 52846 and 52845 according to the latest enumeration in the Youngstown Steel Allotment Number 2 plat of which is recorded in Volume 21, Page 53, Mahoning County Record of Plats.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
As being Youngstown City Lots Numbers 52847, 52848 and 52849 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City. Said lots taken together have a frontage of 84.09 feet on the northerly side of McGuffey Road and extends back on its westerly line 97.03 feet, on the easterly line 98.22 feet and having a rear line of 84 feet as shown by Plat Volume 21, Page 53 of Mahoning County Records.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of March, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
