The Defendants, Carrie Gray Stemper, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Carrie Gray Stemper and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any of Carrie Gray Stemper but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 20th day of September, 2007, the Plaintiff, Bank of New York, as Trustee for Certificate Holders of Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-2, filed its Complaint in Case Number 07CV 3543, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3128 Firnley Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants Carrie Gray Stemper and Unknown Spouse, if any of Carrie Gray Stemper and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any of Carrie Gray Stemper, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 43648 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 23 of Plats, Page 8, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 60 feet on the west line of Firnley Street, and extends back on its north line 119.1 feet, and on its south line 119.1 feet, having a rear line of 60 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways and subject to easements and restrictions.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 3128 Firnley Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44511.
The Defendants, Carrie Gray Stemper, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Carrie Gray Stemper and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any of Carrie Gray Stemper, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 15th day of February, 2008.
In the event that the Defendants, Carrie Gray Stemper, Unknown Spouse, if any, ofCarrie Gray Stemper and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouse, if any of Carrie Gray Stemper, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
