Vend Investments, Inc., c/o Raymond L. Lonsway, whose last place of residence is known as 131 Youngstown Warren Road, Niles Ohio 44446, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 18th day of September, 2007, JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, as Indenture Trustee for the IMC Home Equity Loan Owner Trust 1998-7, filed its Complaint in Case Number 07CV 3505 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market St., Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Vend Investments, Inc., c/o Raymond L. Lonsway have or claim(s) to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Jackson, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin on the south line of the Akron-Youngstown Road at the northwesterly corner of lands of E. N. Gabriel, thence S. 0 Degrees 13 Minutes East by the Gabriel west line a distance of 609.9 feet to a point; thence N. 89 Degrees 12 Minutes West a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence N. 0 Degrees 13 Minutes West a distance of 696.9 feet to a point on the south line of the Akron-Youngstown Road, thence S. 65 Degrees 42 Minutes East by a curve, having a radius of 2864.79 feet to a chord distance of 218.8 feet to an iron pin and the place of beginning, be the same more or less, subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 5th day of March, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
