WALSKI, (HEREINAFTER COLLECTIVELY "THE UNKNOWNS"), whose last known place of residence and post office address is not known, but whose present residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as defendants in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 17th day of October, 2007.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio; and known as being Youngstown City Lot 37205 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as shown by the Realty Co. Plat recorded in Plat Vol. 22 Pg. 149, Mahoning County Records, having a frontage of 40 feet on the south line of E. LaClede Ave. and extends back therefrom on its west line, 126.05 feet, on its east line, 125.78 feet and having a rear line of 40 feet, according to said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 435 LaClede Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507.

And for an in rem judgment upon a promissory note executed to Charter One Bank, F.S.B., nka Charter One Bank, N.A. by Charles M. Walski, then and as an unmarried man.

The relief demanded is an in rem judgment in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-three and 96/100 Dollars ($13,683.96) with interest thereon at the rate of 7.10% per annum from April 1, 2007, until paid; judgment for title costs, costs for protecting the real estate and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein, be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of plaintiff's claim; further that defendants Actual Name Unknown #1, Present Spouse, if any, of Charles M. Walski, Mahoning County Treasurer, Richard Walski, Actual Name Unknown #2, Present Spouse, if any, of Richard Walski and the Unknowns, be required to answer setting forth their claim or interest in the subject real estate, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which plaintiff may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 15th day of February, 2008.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
