Mary Ellen Willard, Unknown Spouse of Mary Ellen Willard and Unknown Tenant or Land Contract Vendee, shall take notice that on the 9th day of August, 2007, Plaintiff, Net Relations, Inc. filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 07CV 2917 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:
Situated in the Township of Beaver, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Part of the North east Quarter of Section No. 14 in said Township and part of Lot No. 1 in Lizzie Mentzer Plat as recorded in Volume 18, Page 224 of the Mahoning County Record of Plats, and when taken together form a parcel bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of the Youngstown and Southern Railroad at the Southeast corner of Lot No. 1 in said Mentzer Plat; thence South 21 degrees 14' West, 132.3 feet along the Westerly line of said railroad to an iron pin; thence North 71 degrees 35' West, 125.04 feet along the Northerly line of lands now or formerly owned by J. S. Walter to an iron pin; thence North 5 degrees 30' East, 127.5 feet along the Easterly line of lands now or formerly owned by Daniel Coler to the Southwest corner of Lot No. 1; thence continuing North 5 degrees 26' East, 161.02 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said Railroad; thence South 21 degrees 14' West, 5 feet to the place of beginning, and containing within the above described bounds, 0.43 acres of land, be the same, more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 17th day of January, 2008. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
