The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Patricia A. Easton, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 1st day of October, 2007, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee, filed its Complaint in Case Number 07CV 3688, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 606 Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and their Spouses, if any, of Patricia A. Easton, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as City Lot #36755, said lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the North side of Pasadena Avenue and extends back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of 156 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 606 Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502.
The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Patricia A. Easton, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of January, 2008.
In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Patricia A. Easton, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
