Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors or Administrators of William Peregrim, Deceased, whose last place of residence is known as Address Unknown, but whose present place of residence is unknown, and Jane Doe, Uknown Spouse, if any, of William Peregrim, whose last place of residence is known as 17742 Olive Avenue, Lake Milton, Ohio 44429-9737, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 19th day of September, 2007, HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 07CV 3531 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Uknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors or Administrators of William Peregrim, Deceased and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of William Peregrim, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the County of Mahoning, in the State of Ohio and in the Village of Craig Beach:
And known as being Craig Beach Village Lots 846 and 847 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said Village, formerly Sub Lots Nos. 401 and 402 in Craig Landing Subdivision No. 2 a subdivision of a part of Original Milton Township Great Lot No. 10 North Survey, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 19 of Maps, Page 106 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Craig Beach Village Lots 846 and 847 together form a parcel of land having a frontage of 66 feet on the southerly side of Niles Avenue and extending back between parallel lines 82'5" on the easterly line, 82' 5" on the westerly line and having a rear line of 66 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
And known as being Craig Beach Village Lots 871 and 872 and 873 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said Village formerly Sub Lots Nos. 389, 388 and 387 in Craig Landing Subdivision No. 2 a Subdivision of a part of Original Milton Township Great Lot No. 10 North Survey, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 19 of Maps, Page 106 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Craig Beach Village Lots 871, 872 and 873 together form a parcel of land having a frontage of 99 feet on the northerly side of Salem Avenue and extending back between parallel lines 82' 5" on the easterly line, 82' 5" on the westerly line and having a rear line of 99 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Known for street numbering purposes as 17742 Olive Avenue, Lake Milton, OH 44429
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 33-028-0-044.00-0, 33-028-0-042.00-0; 33-028-0-043.00-0, 33-028-0-055.00-0 and 33-028-0-054.00-0.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner‘s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 30th DAY OF JANUARY, 2008.
