Gregory J. McFall, whose last known address is 828 Marmion Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502; Unknown Spouse (if any) of Gregory J. McFall, whose last known address is 828 Marmion Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502; and Unknown Tenants (if any), whose last known address is 828 Marmion Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, will take notice that on the 17th day of July, 2007, GMAC Mortgage, LLC, filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 07CV 2601. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number Fifty-six Thousand Sixty-five (56065) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 28 of Plats, Page 260, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the North line of Marmion Avenue and extends back on its East line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, and on its West line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said plat.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of December, 2007.
