Guy V. Newcomb, Alma B. Newcomb and Unknown Tenant or Land Contract Vendee, whose last known address is 727 Wilkinson Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, shall take notice that on the 10th day of July, 2007, Net Relations, Inc. filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 07CV 2467 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being the southerly part of Outlot Number One Thousand Fifty-nine (1059) according to the present numbering of Outlots in said City, and has a frontage of One Hundred Ninety-seven (197) feet on the east side of Wilkinson Avenue and extends back of even width, a distance of Four Hundred Forty (440) feet, and contains about One and Ninety-eight Hundredths (1.98) acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of November, 2007. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
