Harry D. Simmons, whose last known address is 726 Roxbury Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502 and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Harry D. Simmons, whose last known address is 726 Roxbury Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, will take notice that on the 19th day of June, 2007, Household Realty Corporation, filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 2216. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 35824, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Pages 24 and 25, of Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 35824 has a frontage of 40 feet on the Northerly side of Roxbury Avenue and extends back between parallel ines 135 feet on the Easterly line, 135 feet on the Westerly line and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice. This legal notice will be published once a week for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 20th day of November, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
