Shane Q. Neff, whose last known address is 5666 Stanford Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515 and Joanne M. Neff, whose last known address is 5666 Stanford Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, will take notice that on the 31st day of May, 2007, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under the pooling and servicing Agreement Series ITF INABS 2005-D, filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 1956. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot Number One Hundred Ninety-eight (198) in a Replat of College Park Plat No. 2, as recorded in Volume 50 of Plats, Page 11, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of Sixty-seven and Forty-eight hundredths (67.48) feet on the northerly line of Stanford Avenue, and extends back on its easterly line One Hundred Ninety and Forty-six Hundredths (190.46) feet, and on its westerly line One Hundred Eighty-five and Fourteen Hundredths (185.14) feet, having a rear line of Seventy-six and Forty Hundredths (76.40) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 5666 Stanford Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44515.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice. This legal notice will be published once a week for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 7th day of November, 2007.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
