Jane Doe, Spouse of Ronald Jacops, if Married on or about 10/9/03 (Name Unknown) whose last known address is 108 Overhill Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 and John Doe, Spouse of Nadia Jacops, if Married on or About 10/9/03 (Name Unknown) whose last known address is 108 Overhill Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 and whose residences are unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 18th day of April, 2007, National City Mortgage Company, dba Commonwealth United Mortgage Company filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 07CV 1363 in said Court against Daniel P. McGee, et al., praying for judgment of $34,256.12 with interest at the rate of 7.375% per annum from January 1, 2007 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 43226 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City a Subdivision of part of Original Outlot Number 1300 as shown by the recorded Plat of said Subdivision in Volume 22 of Maps, Page 181 Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot Number 43226 has a frontage of 40 feet on the northerly side of Hancock Street, nka Roslyn Drive and extends back 168.12 feet on the westerly line 168.12 feet on the easterly line and has a rear line of 40 feet be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Known for street numbering purposes as 114 Roslyn Drive, Youngstown, OH 44505

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 24th day of October, 2007, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
