DEFENDANTS.
The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Garry D. Dunn, Deceased, whose last place of residence, as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 2nd day of August, 2007, PHH Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint in Case No. 07CV 2787 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Esecutors and Assigns of Garry D. Dunn, Deceased have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Number 40250 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, fka Lot No. 827 in Brownlee Woods Plat No. 3, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 58, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the southerly line of Meadowbrook Avenue and extends back on its easterly line 150 feet, and on its westerly line 150 feet, having a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1539 Meadowbrook Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44514.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of October, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
