You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled "CitiFinancial, Inc., vs. Shirley A. Seabolt, aka Shirley Clark, et al.," This case has been assigned Case Number 07CV 2609 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose on all interest owned by you and for costs against the following real property:

Situated in the Township of Smith, County of Mahoning and state of Ohio:

And known as being Lots Numbers One Hundred Thirty-nine (139), One Hundred Forty (140), and One Hundred Forty-one (141), in Greenlawn Park Addition, as the same are marked, numbered and distinguished on the plat records of said addition in the County Recorder's Office at Youngstown, Ohio. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
