DEFENDANTS.

Joseph D. Dustman, whose last known place of residence was unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 24th day of April, 2007, First Place Bank, Successor in Interest to FFY Bank, formerly known as First Federal Savings Bank of Youngstown, filed a Complaint against the Estate of John W. Shaw and the Estate of Betty A. Shaw, asking for judgment in the following amount: on account number xxxxxx6507. The total amount due is $29,126.65, plus interest at the current rate of 9.00% per annum from April 15, 2007, plus delinquent interest, delinquent escrow, and contractual late charges; and also seeking for foreclosure of a certain mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 35392 according to the latest enumerations of Lots in said City in Replat of Part of Cochran Park East Subdivision No. 1, a resubdivision of a part of original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 43 as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 38 of Maps, Page 83, of Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 35392 has a frontage of 45 feet on the southerly side of Avondale Avenue and extends back between parallel lines on the easterly line, 140 feet on the westerly line and has a rear line of 45 feet, as appears by said plat be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 855 East Avondale Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502.

Joseph D. Dustman is required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 21st day of November, 2007.
