Ivan D. Williams, whose place of residence is unknown and who cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 5th day of January, 2007, MAP/MAC, LLC, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 06CV 4648, against Latonya D. Williams and others as Defendants, demanding Judgment against Latonya D. Williams in the sum of $68,139.94 plus interest and costs and for foreclosure of the Mortgage recorded as Document Number 200100001244, Mahoning County, Ohio Records; all relating to a certain real property:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being City Lot No. 54658, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City and being bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the North line of an Alley running from Early Road to Lansdowne Boulevard, and the West line of Early Road; thence along the North line of said Alley, North 87 deg. 49' West, approximately 394.4 feet to a point, which is the southeast corner of City Lot No. 54232; thence North 2 deg. 4' East 319.26 feet to a point; thence South 55 deg. 41' East approximately 506.47 feet to a point in the West line of Early Road; thence South along the West line of Early Road a distance of 64 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.86 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Also included in the above conveyance is that portion of an alley adjacent to the South line of the above described premises vacated by Ordinance by the City of Youngstown as recorded in Plat Volume 89, Page 224 of the Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 106 Early Road, Youngstown, OH 44505. As currently set forth in Volume 4398, Page 109, Recorded 11/03/1999.

The Complaint further demands that all Defendants be required to set forth any claim, lien or interest asserted in the property, or be forever barred; that Plaintiff's Mortgage be declared to be a valid first and best lien upon the property; that Plaintiff's Mortgage be foreclosed; that all liens be marshalled; that the equity of redemption of all Defendants be forever barred, and the property be sold in accordance with law; that upon sale of such property the proceeds be paid to Plaintiff to satisfy the amount of its existing liens and interests, together with its disbursements, advancements and costs, and for such other legal and equitable relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.

Ivan D. Williams is further notifed that he is required to answer the complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 13th day of September, 2007, or judgment may be rendered against her as demanded by Plaintiff.
