Unknown Heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of John M. Roberts, and the Unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of John M. Roberts, will hereby take notice that on the 20th day of April, 2007, Key Bank, National Association, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 1427. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Thirty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty-two (39642) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Lot No. 404 in Plat No. 1 Brownlee Woods, as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 86, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the south line of Weston Avenue, formerly Beechwood Avenue and extends back on its east line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, and on its West line One Hundered Fifty (150) feet, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1555 Weston Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44514.
The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 13th day of September, 2007.
