Kristina Soriano, whose last known address was 1574 Bancroft Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44514 and Unknown Spouse (if any) of Kristina Soriano, whose last known address is 1574 Bancroft Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44514, will take notice that on the 1st day of March, 2007, HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., filed it's Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 790. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Forty Thousand Seventy-five (40075) and the west 5 feet on Lot Number Forty Thousand Seventy-six (40076) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Lot No. 651 and the West 5 feet of Lot No. 652 in Brownlee Woods Plat No. 2, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 28, Mahoning County Records.

Said lots together have a combined frontage of Forty-five (45) feet on the north line of Bancroft Avenue and extend back on their west line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, and on their east line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, having a combined rear line of Forty-five (45) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1574 Bancroft Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44514.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this legal notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 13th day of September, 2007.
