The Defendants, Donald Davis, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Donald Davis, and Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Donald Davis, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 27th day of February, 2007, the Plaintiff, HSBC Bank USA, National Association for the Benefit of Ace Securities Corp., Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC3, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, filed its Complaint in Case Number 07CV 745, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 466 N. Hazelwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, Donald Davis, Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Donald Davis, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And being further described as follows: And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 41566 (fka Lot 314), according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City, in the West Heights Land Co., et al Plat, a subdivision of a part of Original Out Lot 1018, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision, in Volume 22 of Maps, Page 30 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 41566 has a frontage of 38.5 feet on the Westerly side of Hazelwood Avenue, and extends back between parallel lines 125 feet on the Northerly line 125 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 38.5 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 466 N. Hazelwood Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509.
The Defendants, Donald Davis, Unknown Spouse of Donald Davis and Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Donald Davis, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 31st day of August, 2007.
In the event that the Defendants, Donald Davis, Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Donald Davis, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
