Erica A. Bowers, whose last known address is 149 Brookline Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44505, and Unknown Spouse (if any) of Erica A. Bowers, whose last known address is 149 Brookline Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44505, will take notice that on the February 13, 2008, M & T Bank filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 08CV 642. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

Carew Plat, a subdivision of a part of Original Out Lot No. 1297, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 19 of Maps, Page 96, of Mahoning County Records. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice. This legal notice will be published once a week for six successive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of August, 2008.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
