Unknown Heirs, legatees, devisees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees of Margaret Scullen, aka Margaret Sudzina, Deceased, and if deceased, all their heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 20th day of April, 2007, Beneficial Ohio, Inc., filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 1420 against praying for judgment in the amount of $81,373.17 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from April 16, 2007 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendants, are the owners of:

As further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on April 19, 2005 in Book 5522 p 2721 of the Mortgage Records of Mahoning County, Ohio.

And that Defendants, Unknown heirs, legatees, devisees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees of Margaret Scullen aka Margaret Sudzina, deceased, and if deceased, all their heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratixes and assignees be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Daily Legal News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Beneficial Ohio, Inc. is entitled.
Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.
Said Defendants are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 31st day of August, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
