Case No. 07CV 1626

JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH BANK ONE, NA

PLAINTIFF,

VS.

SHIRLEY J. MORRISON, AKA

SHIRLEY JEAN MORRISON, ET AL

DEFENDANTS.

Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Creditors, Legatees, Executors and Administrators, if any, of Norvel E. Morrison, whose last known address is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 4th day of May, 2007, JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, successor by merger with Bank One, NA, filed its Complaint in Case Number 07CV 1626 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that Defendants have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 432 W. New York Avenue, Sebring, Ohio 44672, and also known as Parcel Number 21-001-0-080-000 of the Auditor's Records of Mahoning County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to Plaintiff's mortgage filed in official record book, 3013, Page 186 on the 23rd day of September, 1996 in the Recorder's Office of Mahoning County, Ohio.

The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant, Shirley J. Morrison, aka Shirley Jean Morrison, in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale be applied to payment of JPMOrgan Chase Bank, N.A., successor by merger with BAnk One, N.A.'s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendants named upon are required to answer on or before the 31st day of August, 2007, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein.
