Rivers, whose last known address is 489 Robinson Road, Campbell, Ohio 44405, will take notice that on the 2nd day of April, 2007, NovaStar Mortgage, Inc., filed its Complaint in the U.S. District Court, Youngstown, Ohio Case Number 4:07-CV-963. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
