Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Eugene F. Schrecengost, whose last place of residence is unknown, as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 28th day of February, 2007, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Meritage Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-3, asset-backed Certificates, Series 2005-3, filed its Complaint in Case No. 07CV 759 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Eguene F. Schrecengost has or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Number 2627 in Austinbrook Acres as recorded in Volume 33 of Plats, Page 58, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 51 feet on the easterly side of Edgehill Avenue and extends back 140 feet on the northerly line, 140 feet on the southerly line and has a rear line of 51 feet, as appears by said plat.
Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of June, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
