Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Charles D. Summers, and the unknown guardians of minor and or incompetent, will hereby take notice that on the 22nd day of February, 2007, Key Bank, National Association, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 677. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
Youngstown City Lot Number 42935, according the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Sub-Lot Number 52 in Fairlawn Plat Number 1, a Subdivision of part of Original Boardman Township Great Lot Number 2-Third Division, as shown by the plat recorded in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 24 of Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot Number 42935 has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the Southerly side of Fairlawn Avenue and extends back therefrom One Hundred Forty-five (145) feet to a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said plat..

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of June, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
