TO: All the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, trustees, successors in title, widows, widowers, executors, administrators, receivers, creditors, and assignees of Linda R. Hays, who is believed and averred to be deceased and whose last known place of residence was 613 N. Raccoon Rd., Austintown, OH 44515, AND all the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, trustees, successors in title, widows, widowers, executors, administrators, receivers, creditors, and assignees of Marilyn S. Morrison, who is believed and averred to be deceased and whose last known place of residence was 5 Tuttle Lane, Girard, Ohio 44420, who are unknown and cannot, with resonable diligence be ascertained, will hereby take notice that on the 2nd day of February, 2007, Sky Bank, filed a Complaint of Foreclosure against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 07CV 430 on the docket of said Court, alleging that
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 2 of the Magmore Plat No. 1, as recorded in Volume 72 of Plats, Page 23 of Mahoning County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 613 N. Raccoon Road, Austintown, OH 44515.
And for judgment upon a Promissory Note executed to Plaintiff, Sky Bank, by Linda R. Hays, now deceased.
The relief demanded is an in-rem judgment against the Defendants, all the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, trustees, successors in title, widows, widowers, executors, administrators, receivers, creditors, and assignees of Linda R. Hays, who is believed and averred to be deceased, in the amount of $10,188.02, along with interest at the rate of $2.02 per day from July 24, 2006, until paid, and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Plaintiff's claim; further that Defendants, all the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, trustees, successors in title, widows, widowers, executors, administrators, receivers, creditors, and assignees of Linda R. Hays and Marilyn S. Morrison, be required to answer setting forth their claim or interest in the subject real estate, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 31st day of May, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
