The Defendants, Mark Suschinsky and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mark Suschinsky, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 5th day of January, 2007, the Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital 1, Inc. Trust 2006-HE6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE6, filed its Complaint in Case Number 07CV 52, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 27 East Lewis Sreet, Struthers, Ohio 44471, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, Mark Suschinsky and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mark Suschinsky, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate:

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot Nos. 1299 and 1300 in the City of Struthers, as the same is recorded in Plat Volume OR 5244, Pgs 1257-1258 of the Mahoning County Plat Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 27 East Lewis Street, Struthers, OH 44471.

The Defendants, Mark Suschinsky, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mark Suschinsky, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 31st day of May, 2007.

In the event that the Defendants, Mark Suschinsky and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mark Suschinsky, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
