DEFENDANTS.

Edward V. Lee's unknown heirs, creditors, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors and assigns, whose last place of residence is unknown and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Edward V. Lee, whose last place of residence is known as 1170 State Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 6th day of February, 2007, Everbank, filed its Complaint in Case No. 07CV 452 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Edward V. Lee's unknown heirs, creditors, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors and assigns and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Edward V. Lee have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Siutated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and described as follows, to wit: Known as being Lot Number Thirty-two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-three (32353) and the West 5 feet of Lot Number Thirty-two Three Hundred and Fifty-two (32352) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 16 of Plats, Page 236, Mahoning County Records.

Said lots taken together have a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the North line of State Street and extends back of their west line One Hundred Thirty-five (135) feet, and on their east line One Hundred Thirty-five (135) feet, having a combined rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said plat. .

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1170 State Street, Youngstown, OH 44506.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of May, 2007.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
