Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Donald Curall, whose last place of residence is known as: 8024 Maramont Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44512-0269, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 29th day of December, 2006, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee, filed its Complaint and on the 18th day of January, 2007 filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. 06CV 4975 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Donald Curall, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Mahoning and City of Youngstown and being further described as follows: And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 41624, according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City, formerly Plat Lot No. 13, in Mill Creek Land Company's Plat, subdivision of a part of Youngstown City Out Lot No. 1128, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 33 of Mahoning County Records, and being 60 feet front on the southeasterly curved side of Kiwatha Road, and extending back 180 feet on the northeasterly line, 180 feet on the southwesterly line and having a rear line of 45.6 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner‘s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 26th DAY OF APRIL, 2007.
