Stephen M. Sheronovich and Sharon B. Sheronovich, whose last known place of residence was 721 Canterbury Lane, Boardman, Ohio 44512, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 3rd day of July, 2006, Charter One Bank, F.S.B., filed its Amended Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 257 on the docket of said Court, alleging that
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Sub Lot No. Fourteen (14), in Paul Shale Plat No. 2, a subdivision of a part of Original Boardman Township Great Lot No. 19, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 30, Page 28, Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 721 Canterbury Lane, Boardman, OH 44512.
The relieve demanded is a judgment against the Defendants, Stephen M. Sheronovich and Sharon B. Sheronovich in the respective amounts of the sum of Seventy-Six Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-two and 19/100 Dollars ($76,592.19) with interest at the rate of 7.125% per annum from July 1, 2005 and Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-four and 56/100 Dollars ($14,924.56) with interest at the rate of 6.75% per annum from August 26, 2005 and late charges, until paid; judgment for title costs, costs for protecting the real estate and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Plaintiff's claim; further that Defendants the Treasurer of Mahoning County, Ohio be required to answer setting forth his claim or interest in the subject real estate, if any, or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which plaintff may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 18th day of April, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
