Helen Williams' Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is Unknown and Mattie Mae Jones' Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 11th day of December, 2006, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 06CV 4717 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Helen Williams' Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns and Mattie Mae Jones' Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns has or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 23397 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 18 of Lots, Page 41, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 35 feet on the South line of Norwood Avenue, formerly known as Carlyle Avenue and extends back on its East line 125 feet, and on its West line 125 feet, having a rear line of 35 feet, as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 775 Norwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44510.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of April, 2007.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
